F.A.Q.

Do you shoot 100% digital?
Yes!

Do you bring backup equipment to weddings?
Yes. I have backup cameras, lenses, and memory cards. I shoot all weddings with 2 cameras so even if something were to happen mid-wedding, all photos will not be lost.

What types of photos will be taken (B/W, Color)?
All photos are shot in color and later converted to black & white. You get a copy of every photo in color as well as black & white.

Are the digital files included in all of your wedding packages?
Yes. I go through and remove all the photos with eyes shut, funny faces, doubles, bad exposure, and ones that are out of focus. Everything else I edit and give back to you.

How many photos will we get?
Every shoot/wedding is completely different. I try and give you as many photos as possible. A shoot can have 100-300+ (including B&W), and a wedding can be anywhere from 1,000-2,000+ (including B&W). I never limit myself to how many photos you receive.

Do we have the rights to print the photos?
Yes! I do offer higher quality prints but you do not have to purchase through me.

When do you typically hold your Engagement sessions?
It all depends on the couple and what you are planning on using the pictures for! Are you planning on using them for a Save the Date? Then we would plan on taking the photos at least 6 months ahead of time. Are you planning on using them at the wedding? Then we would plan on taking them at least a month before. Also, keep in mind the time of year you would like your shoot in.

What should I wear to my Photo Session?

Do you choose the location of our session for us?
No. I typically like to do shoots in a location that is important to you as a couple (or family). If you need help thinking up a location or you have your heart set on a particular look, I'm more then happy to help!
